IDEA Workshop: ADHD in High Functioning Women

The IDEA Committee is excited to host the first workshop of the year focusing on ADHD in high-functioning women. This interactive session invites participants to deepen their understanding of the neurodiversity movement and examine how societal expectations of neuronormativity shape our personal and professional experiences. Through guided discussion and practical learning, participants will explore how these pressures can impact neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD—while also reflecting on how more inclusive environments benefit everyone.
