Unapologetically Empowered: Celebrate Women's History Month

Join us in celebration of International Women’s Day, this event honours women in positions of power and influence, and the ways they lead through generosity, intention, and self-awareness. Grounded in this year’s theme, Give to Gain, the session explores a vital truth of authentic leadership: sustainable impact begins with investing in yourself.

Women are often encouraged to give endlessly—time, expertise, emotional labour, mentorship, and support. Yet true leadership requires balance. When women give with intention and self-respect, they gain clarity, confidence, and momentum. This event invites participants to reframe giving not as depletion, but as a strategic and empowering act- starting inward.

This year’s program focuses on both sides of the Give to Gain dynamic:

Giving to Yourself - Explore how investing in your own wellbeing and growth strengthens leadership capacity.

Giving to Others - From a place of strength, reflect on how women in leadership uplift others.

Gaining Forward Momentum - Through intentional giving—to themselves and to others – how can women uplift themselves.

This event is an invitation to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. By investing in themselves first, women can lead more effectively, mentor more meaningfully, and create lasting change—proving that when women give with intention, they truly gain exponentially.

Hors D'oeuvres and dessert will be served throughout the event.
