Women’s Leadership Development Program

Designed for mid - to senior-level professionals, this intimate, in-person series will equip you with the tools to lead with confidence, navigate change, and drive impact in your organization. Featuring seven leadership principles modules, the program offers a practical, hands-on approach to building the skills and mindset needed to thrive as a leader in today’s dynamic CRE landscape.

Facilitated by renowned leadership expert Vanessa Judelman of Mosaic People Development and inclusive leadership specialist Sheliza Jamal of Curated Leadership, the program features interactive modules, peer connection, and real-time application. You’ll walk away with a practical leadership toolkit and a powerful network of fellow women leaders!

Over the course of seven 2.5-hour group sessions, you will have the opportunity to network and form deep connections with fellow WLP participants. Through the program, you will develop the leadership toolkit to coach and develop your team, develop high trust relationships, have challenging conversations, delegate effectively, create an inclusive workplace, and more.
